Erol Karadag is a Turkish-born master hairstylist working at The Alma G Salon.  He entered the field as an apprentice at the age of 14, followed by formal training at Vidal Sassoon and the Istanbul-based Ebil Academy for

Lourdes Espaillat was raised in the Beauty Industry. She has extensive experience in the beauty and Spa fields, both as an aesthetician and manager. She is a graduate of Cristine Valmy in New York City as a skin Care Specialist. She then attended the Lydia Sarfati post graduate Skin care Academy completing a comprehensive skin condition and body treatment master course. She is also an educator and trainer in the field of esthetics. She was recently recognized and quoted in Zink Magazine Skin Issue as an “Expert”.

Maritza Mora started her career as a beauty educator but quickly came to the realization that she would much rather share her expertise in beauty directly with clients. She truly believes in beauty and strives to help people feel, not only beautiful outside, but inside as well. Improvement of oneself is Matitza’s chief philosophy.
